At JAB Fitness all of our Boxing and Kickboxing Classes are taught by professional fighters. Unlike those other gyms that hire aerobics instructors, our instructors have real life Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai experience. Not only will you be burning up to 800 - 1000 calories per class but you will be learning proper technique and self-defense all at the same time.
We provide Boot Camp style classes for those who are trying to lose weight and tone and a very structured children’s program that will allow them to burn off energy and learn to use their skills responsibly.

I'm not happy that I have to drive 15-20
minutes to get to you, but it is so much fun working out with your
staff! I am already an active person working out 5 days a week - but
your boxing, kickboxing, and boot camp classes took "kicking butt" to a
whole other level. I was doing things that I didn't think I can do or

I was given a Groupon for a month of classes at Jab by a good friend who
swore the intense workouts would be tough! One week later, I was
hooked and signed up for a year! I have tried kickboxing and boxing
classes, as well as a few private training sessions. Without a doubt,
this place has given me the best workouts of my life! I was bored with
my weight and triathlon training schedules. This was just the change I
needed to get me excited about my workouts again! Plus, I actually feel
like I can defend myself if necessary, which is a HUGE feeling of
